Lab/Shul’s Days of Awe 5784/2023
Together, we celebrated the sacred season and activated the new year guided by HAVAYA/Everpresence, ushering in the new Jewish year by honoring our heritage, becoming ever more present, and reimagining a better future for us all.
More than 1,200 of our community members joined us in person in NYC, and over 1,000 viewed online from all around the globe. On Rosh Hashanah Day 2 Lab/Shul proudly represented at the March to End Fossil Fuels amongst the 75,000 protestors.

Lab/Shul’s Avinu Malkeinu alone could be my entire high holiday experience and I would be satisfied!
I am in AWE of all of you. Rosh Hashanah was an incredibly moving event, filled with beauty and passion and joy and love and deep deep connections.
Feeling so proud I found my people and am part of this uplifting community.
I left that night, after services, feeling lighter somehow, released of my vows and renewed to begin another year focused on improving myself and working for a more just world.
What an incredible way to start this year of spirituality, intentionality, community. Thank you for such an extraordinary and gorgeous Rosh Hashanah.
