Hanukkah 5786/2025
December 14 – December 22
Hanukkah invites us to hold on to hope, return to repair and rededicate ourselves to resistance and resilience. This winter, inspired by the wisdom and tools of our ancestors, we are proud to shine a light on all the brave ways we show up for Tikkun – standing up for justice, dignity and peace for all.
Hanukkah means “dedication” — we’re invited to ignite eight nights with our dedication to the values and dreams that we cherish most. Each night becomes another sacred opportunity to replace despair with repair, to connect, shine, and dance with the gifts of darkness and light, woven together.
Starting on December 14, 2025, join Lab/Shul to light up these holiday nights in person or online, and co-create your own dedicated ceremonial candle-lighting celebration with our DIY Everybody-Friendly + God-optional blessings for every age and heart.
RETURN TO REPAIR. REKINDLE HOPE. RAISE UP PEACE.

Grateful beyond words for our extraordinary community who showed up to laugh, spin, cry, pray, and kindle light together throughout this Festival of Lights.

Wishing you a sweet and luminous final day of Hanukkah. ✨

This Hanukkah, we are dedic8ing each night to hope, repair, and curiosity, drawing on our ancestral tools of spiritual resilience and resistance. Even in a broken world, we choose to illuminate.
We ask ourselves: How can I tell the real, imperfect stories in my histories and hold the discomfort?
