| Our initial reflections:
THANKS: Our immense gratitude to all of you who joined us in the sanctuary and in your homes, to pray, reflect, repair and rise. Thank you to the many dedicated teams of ritualists, artists, educators, thought leaders, producers, safety and security staff, volunteers, ushers, and all who helped co-create these powerful days with such talent, passion, and dedication.
WOW: Many old and new friends joined us, including important guests and faith leaders.
- Rabbi Amichai Lau-Lavie, Alana Zeitchik, and Gili Getz explored how shifts on the frontlines of resistance, depolarization, and reconciliation, reflect in our own lives and impact the Jewish community, and how we can each commit to meaningful action toward change and collective liberation. - Our ritual team, faith leaders, artists, and activists gathered for a collective ceremony of closure and commitment to continue the Holy Shift toward more love, justice, and peace. Together, we reclaimed a shared sacred vocabulary of healing, hope, and connection, sealing the day of atonement and stepping into a new year. - Rabbi Amichai delivered a powerful Kol Nidrei sermon “Through Thick & Thin” about how to better balance ethics and morals from the individual to the local to the global scales. Watch it here on our YOUTUBE channel and stay tuned for more highlights.
