1 Day Challenge // Sept. 27th – 28th
24hrs Present
Create your own Day of Atonement with 24 hours of guided rituals, meditations, exercises, and tools for self care. Take your time to be more present on this and every sacred day. Tackle the challenge solo or with others, and feel free to integrate your practice with Lab/Shul’s communal Yom Kippur worship.

Being Awe
Begin the new year with commitment to more mindful presence. Sign up for six online hour-long sessions of experiential training in foundational meditation practices, bearing witness to yourself and others with embodied wisdom, compassion, and resilience. Learn more >

10 Love Letters
Take time to write ten letters, one daily, starting on the first day of the year through the Day of Atonement. Paper or iPad, postcard or pigeon, compose to connect, appreciate, repair, or release. We’ll guide you with daily prompts to inspire clear and creative communication, so you can start the year with love.

30 Day Challenge // August 20th – September 18th
Prepent: Questions from the Book of Life
A 30-day journey of reflection and preparation for the new year. Each day you’ll receive an email featuring an animated fragment from the poetic liturgy of the Days of Awe, created by Jacqueline, with commentary by Amichai and prompts for personal questions, creative responses, and communal connections. 60 Day Challenge // August 20th – October 18th
Separation to Reparation: Undoing Racism/Embracing Equity
Engage in daily online learning, reflection, conversations, and actions as we reckon with the racist reality of America and commit to anti-racist repair in our personal and public lives.
