Over the course of the 6-Day Challenge, you’ll have the opportunity to develop, refine or reignite a meditation practice. You’ll be invited to join weekly, experiential meditation trainings exploring breathwork, presence, embodied wisdom, compassion, and resilience. You’ll also receive reflection prompts following each class and framing to help you further explore your practice between sessions.
