As we live in the winter months, we mark Tu B’Shvat – the birthday of the tree seedlings, not yet grown – and gather to recall and ritualize the fruits our loved ones bore on their tree of life. In the experience of grieving, can we harvest the fruits we’ve been given?

ReCollect/Yizkor is a seasonal gathering to remember our loved ones, share stories, lift memory, and say Kaddish, the ancient memorial prayer, together.

Whether experiencing a recent loss, remembering a loved one who passed away long ago, or showing up in support of community, we gather to acknowledge feelings of loss that can be particularly painful as we anticipate an empty chair at our tables.
