October 7 Community Commemoration with UJA Federation

Sun Oct 5th
Doors Open: 3:30 pm EST | Event Begins: 5:00 pm EST
The Temple Emanu-El Streicker Cultural Center

It’s nearly impossible to believe we’re about to mark two years since October 7 forever changed Israel and reshaped the story of the Jewish people.

Lab/Shul along iwth UJA-Federation of New York and community partner organizations invite you  for a powerful public commemoration, where we’ll remember those we’ve lost to the war and stand with the families of the remaining hostages and others who have experienced loss and trauma. Together, we’ll demonstrate our unwavering commitment to the people of Israel and a shared vision of a strong and vibrant future that is free from terror.

Please be aware that this program may include sensitive material from the October 7 attacks, which could be upsetting, especially to young children.

While this event has reached capacity, we’re pleased to offer the opportunity to watch the program via livestream.

You may choose to watch with other community members in a separate space at the Temple Emanu-El Streicker Cultural Center by completing this form.

You may also watch on Facebook beginning 4:30 pm on October 5.
