DESCRIPTION:FamilyLab: Lotza Matza\nWelcome to FamilyLab: An everybody-friendly home-based gathering for families with young children ages 0-8 (siblings welcome)\, centered around the family table\, hosted in your homes\, and facilitated by Lab/Shul’s team of teaching artists. This month\, FamilyLab is coming to you live online. \nThis month we’ll be celebrating the tastes\, smells\, and feels of Passover by rolling up our sleeves and rolling out some homemade crunchy matza. \nWith Lab/Shul’s unique God-optional approach to tradition\, text\, and story\, FamilyLab is open to those who identify as Jewish\, Jew-ish\, and everything in between. This will be a dynamic eve of storytelling and song\, matza baking and art making.  \nClick here to join\nIngredient List for Matza \n\n1 part cold water\n3 parts flour (approximately)\n\nSupplies for Matza \n\nrolling pin\nhole puncher – anything from a plastic fork to a “dough docker” used for pizza preparation\n1 large mixing bowl\n2 measuring cups (1 for flour\, 1 for water)\nTool to get the matzah in and out of the hot oven (I use a “pizza peel\,” a large flat wooden or metal plate with handle used for taking bread out of a brick oven and tongs)\nhot hot hot hot oven\, as high as it goes\ntimer\ncooling racks for hot matza
