We’ll begin with breathwork by Jessica Offer to pull us into the present moment and observe what we are feeling\, and then move into an Ecstatic Dance set by DJ Oatmeal to express what needs to come out. \nReserve your Spot\nDoors at 3:15 \nStarts at 3:30 \nEnds at 5:30 \nNote\, this is not a place to discuss politics. Ecstatic Dance and breathwork are both non-verbal practices and are conducive to expressing all that needs to be said through the body.
