DESCRIPTION:Zen Shabbat\nFriday\, March 29th\n6:30pm ET\nNYC\nLab/Shul and the New York Zen Center for Contemplative Care invite you to the third of four seasonal Zen Shabbat gatherings\, in person and online. This ritual is a very special shared experience of sacred space and time\, harmonizing the Jewish Sabbath slowdown with traditional Zazen meditation practice. We welcome special guest Billy Jonas to join our team this evening. \nZen Shabbat offers a medicinal invitation to sit\, guided with much needed breath\, sabbath prayers\, song and dharma. We dedicate this month’s ritual to Springtime’s welcome and  all the ways with which we can bring more peace and healing to the world.  \nFollowing the ritual at 8:30pm\, Rabbi Amichai\, Shira\, and Senseis Koshin and Chodo invite you to stay in the Zendo\, for a 45 minute heart circle and check in. This will be another opportunity to connect\, to support\, to hear and to hold each other during this time of tension and tending. This additional circle will be IN-PERSON only.
