We demand protection for queer asylum seekers\, an end to the detention of queer migrants\, and housing for LGBTQ asylum seekers in New Yorkers. \nWe urge you to wear a mask and practice social distancing while attending this march. DESCRIPTION:ReCollect\nA Kaddish Meal Hosted by Lab/Shul’s Kaddish Club\nWe are rekindling our Kaddish Club meals online\, offering an intimate way to support each other during times of active mourning and for those observing a yartzheitz. \nWhether experiencing a recent loss\, remembering a loved one who passed long ago\, or showing up to support community\, we will gather each season to acknowledge feelings of loss that can be particularly painful as we anticipate an empty chair at the table. We will share memories and poetry\, break bread together\, and recite Kaddish for our loved ones – the ancient memorial prayer. \nThis meal will be held with love by Naomi Less\, Lori Roth Gale\, Sandi DuBowski\, Dina Friedman and other community facilitators.
