DESCRIPTION:Glow Up / Count Down\nSeven Weeks of Mindful Practice Inspired by the Counting of the Omer\nReady to Glow into Presence? \nThe forty-nine days from Passover day to Shavuot related to the time between the liberation from Enslavement and the Revelation at Sinai Mountain\, and for centuries\, this been a time for Jewish mystics to intensify their spiritual practice and cultivate personal and universal principles\, find greater grounding\, connection and purpose. \nJoin a weekly series with Rami Avraham Efal\, Lab/Shul’s Rabbinic Fellow\, of meditation\, teaching\, prayer and contemplative creative art-making\, exploring these principles in the depth of Presence.
